I need to remove some registry values from a very large batch of PCs on a
network that I support.

I'd like to use a GPO to remove these values. My question is: Is there a
particular GPO setting I can use, or should it somehow be scripted? I'd love
to know the best way to accomplish this via GPO.

Thank you!

You can actually use Group Policy Preferences for that. With that, you
can define registry keys you can delete from it:

{User Configuration|Computer Configuration}\Preferences\Windows
Settings\Registry
