Hello,

I have a policie that run a vbs file (logon.vbs), the policie execute all
the commands but not run any exec files, do you have any idea about how can
I fix it?

These are the lines that I am using:

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

WshShell.Run("""C:\Program Files\CounterPath\eyeBeam 1.5\eyeBeam.exe""")

I can run the script using double click without problems.
Any idea?

Thank you in advance.

Hello Omar,

Did you test it with a user account or an admin? If it doesn't run as a user
account make it a startup script instead logon script.

Thank you for reply.
I can't change the exe to MSI right now, because the eyebeam program is
already installed.
I just made another test, changing the code to: WshShell.Run("""C:\Program
Files\CounterPath\eyeBeam 1.5\eyeBeam.exe""", 0, true) and the program
start, but windows does not logon the user until the program is not closed
by the user.

Any other ideas?

Post data:
The next script works:

Dim WshShell, oExec
Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

WshShell.currentdirectory = "c:"
WshShell.run chr(34) & "c:\calc.exe" & chr(34), 4, true

If I change the last parameter in the last line dont.
i.e.
WshShell.run chr(34) & "c:\calc.exe" & chr(34), 4, false

Any idea?
