Does linking a GPO that exists on another domain but within the same forest
work?
Let's say we have domains A, B, and C.
Domain B has a GPO named "enable terminal services".

Can I link this same GPO "enable terminal services" to domain A's OU and
make it work?

Do I need to change anything such as the security filtering in the scope tab
or the delegation tab?

The short answer is yes, you can. In gpadmin.msc, you can add domains at the
domain level, then drag and drop. You should only need to modify permissions
if you already did on the orginal or set something special.

Hello study,

It works across domains, but you should avoid Using Cross-Domain GPO Assignments.
Note that in such cases Group Policy processing would be slower. This is
because domain boundaries are crossed.

You can migrate them also:
