Hi all,

exchange 2007 CCR, node1 is acive node. If I do not want resources to
failover to node2, so I choose "stop the the clustered server", then reboot
the node1, then it shows its owner is node2. is this supposed to be? If
yes, what should I do if I do not want it to failover to node2 when I reboot
the node1 since node 2 is in different site accross the WAN link?

Thank you!

Yes, you are describing the default behavior of clustering. If you do not
want resources to failover to Node 2, you should stop the cluster service on
Node 2 first before stopping/rebooting Node 1. When Node 1 comes back
online, you would then re-start the cluster service on Node 2.
