Hi all,

I need to let computers to automatically request and instal computer
certificates from CS server, should I configure the user or computer
configuration of policy?

That depends. What the purpose of the cert? Is it to authenticate a user account or a computer account?

Also note that the Cert Infrastructure must be as an Enterprise option for
auto enrolment to occur

As well as installing the CA on an Enterprise Edition of Windows. Not sure if you meant that or if you mean Enterprise CA, but I just wanted to make that clear for the poster. Otherwise, the v2 cert template will not be available for Autoenrollment.
