There is something definitely wrong somewhere. What account should be
specific in the xml file? under
<source-ad-account>testsrc\admin</source-ad-account>
<account-domain>testsrc.com</account-domain>
What rights should this account have on both AD and ADAM Partition?

C:\WINDOWS\ADAM>adamsync /sync localhost:9000
OU=SyncTargetOU,DC=Customer,DC=Com
Ldap error occured. ldap_bind_s: Invalid Credentials.
Extended Info: 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C09043E, comment:
AcceptSecurityContext
error, data 0, vece.

Hi
to Windows account that you use to execute the adamsync /sync
needs to be a member of the ADAM Administrators role.

The source AD account specified for the sync in the configuration
needs read (or dirsync) privilege on the source AD partition.
