I have a customer that is purchasing their own AD, Web & Exchange 2003 servers
at their location.

I am currently hosting all of their services from my location on my servers.

How can I move only 1 OU, containing this customers users to another newly
created domain at their location, without breaking rights and the Exchange
Server?

You migrate them with an appropriate tool (ADMT, ...) after you have
established a forest trust between their newly created forest and your
current forest.

Hello MarkH,

As Florian said ADMT will be free solution to migrate. For Exchange keep
attention in the article, because it has to be done before the user accounts.
I strongly suggest you built a lab to test and get familiar with the way.

You could look at pruning. Problem with this is ALL domain objects travel
with and the two trees can NEVER talk again. You would have to place a
domain controller that you are going to provide into the domain and allow
replication. Physically remove it and then delete all objects that
shouldn't travel to the new company. You have to then seize all fsmo roles
and verfiy that the new dc is a gc as well. Then domain and forest name are
going to be exactly the same as well as the domain guid, etc...

If you aren't really strong in AD you could create problems. This is an
option that I wanted to present outside of what Florian and Meinolf
presented, which is probably your best course of action.
