I need to run GPRESULT or its equivalent on a W2000 machine, but it is not
installed, nor can I install it because of company policy.

What's the best way to find out what policies are in effect for a user who
logs onto a server of that vintage?

Thanks.

Hello,

Please Install the Windows 200 Resource Kit and use GPRESULT.

Thanks

The problem is that I cannot install it, due to security policy at the
company. Is there a Windows 2000 command that is more or less equivalent?

Hello Buck,

If you are not allowed because of the company policy talk to your administrator
or your boss.

Without that you have to check the registry which is not really readable.

Best regards
