Is there a way by which you can:
1.Control which DNS zones are replicated to the RODC DNS Server in the DMZ
2.Partially replicate a zone, such that corporate client records are not
exposed to the RODC DNS in the DMZ

Are there any other means by which corporate DNS information is not
replicated to all RODC's including branch and DMZ scenarios

no...

another scenario would be...

normally companies have:
Internal AD "inside"
External AD in DMZ

now with RODCs

Internal AD "inside"
External AD "inside" (RWDCs!)
External AD in DMZ (RODCs!)
