Greg, if you are still interested let me know. Obviously it has been a while since you requested my scripts so you probably have a solution by now. Your message never made it to the newsgroups which is where I was viewing the conversation and I just happened to be researching a LimitLogon issue that a co-worker is having and ran across people asking about my scripts from this old thread. Use my first initial and last name at ma dot rr dot com to email me personally as well as posting on this site. Then I'll know to try to post the scripts on the forum for everyone to use.

As for the other person asking if my scripts take into account an improper shutdown....no, they don't. They can't. This is due to the fact that an improper shutdown never runs the logoff script to do the cleanup, otherwise it could. In the event of an improper shutdown an administrator has to manually reset the attribute that contains the hostname of the machine the user was logged into. My scripts only allow 1 login so users of limitlogon who use it to allow something other than 1 logon would have to modify my scripts.

Would you mind sharing your scripts?

If you are willing to share them, please post them. I'm sure it will benefit
many out there. If you can, and not sure how EggHead works with attachments,
(I'm reading this in the Microsoft AD newsgroup), I would suggest to post
the text of the script.

Thanks!
