Hi Guys,
I have no knowledge on windows internal process and hope i can get an
advice from here.

From my finding, there is a process call system with PID=4 holding .pst
file and that is why i can not make a copy or use .pst file. After I
kill the system process then the file was release. In this case, do you
guys know what is this system process holding this file for? why it can
not release the .pst file once didn't use pst file anymore? any tools to
check why system process is holding the file?

From my unlocker tool, it show as Process=system, Path
locked=C:\xxx.pst, PID=4, Handle=5968, Process Path=system

Hi Lucas,

no ready answer from me, but have you checked out the System Internals tools
like process explorer and process monitor for further troubleshooting?

Check out http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb795533.asp x
