It is back again

Windows 2003 Server SP2

NTBACKUP incemental backup

this error occurrs

Type: Error
Date: 6/16/2009
Time: 5:04:39 AM
Event: 21
Source: VolSnap
Category: None
User: N/A
Computer: TGCS001
Description:
The flush and hold operation for volume E: was aborted because of low
available system memory.

this happens for all 3 of my volumes

it runs at 5 am not much going on at that time

if I re run it later in the day it runs fine

shadow copy is the issue I wish I could turn it off from the backup too many
issues with sql databases etc...


Any ideas or thoughts

Could "because of low available system memory" be likely? How much memory is
on the box and how much of the pagefile is in use? Also, how much free space
is there on each of the drives?
