Hi community,

I hope you can help me.

We use a server 2008 and since several days I try to implement a backup
strategy with windows tools. But I didn't find a solution.

Is it possible to use only windows tools (which are part of windows server
2008) to create a backup image of the local system harddisk? One time in the
week, e.g. on monday, I want a full backup and at the other days only
incremental backups. The backup files should stored on an encrypted volume or
a network share.

I tried WBADMIN, but it seems, that it don't support encrypted devices like
EFS. And incremental backups are only possible on volumes. Not on network
shares...I don't why.

Thanks for hints.
Best regards.
