You should call Microsoft or your trusty reseller with any and all licensing
questions.

Hi Nicolas,

For licensing questions, I suggest calling your local Microsoft Customer
Service for the most accurate information:

www.microsoft.com/worldwide

Tim Quan - MSFT

Dude, what is it you don't understand about "Call Microsoft" ?

If this is a real-life situation, do it.
If this is for a test/homework question, do it.

Whether for an actual network, or for test prep, you really should call
Microsoft, as indicated by Lanwench, and especially by Tim in his response,
who is a Microsoft engineer. This way you get an accurate answer.

But licensing is not simple. That's why we always recommend calling
Microsoft directly.

(FWIW) I find there really are no simple answers to a simple Microsoft
licensing question.

Licensing is complicated. There are SAs, or single licensing, upgrade paths,
etc, too numerous to list. Terminal services licensing is just another
complicated mess. That's why I always call my customer's software vendor
because they have specific folks on staff that ALL THEY DEAL with is
licensing. Yes, they have folks on staff that they pay a salary just to keep
up and understand licensing, not only for Microsoft, but for other vendors.
They each have their nuances, rules, etc, for their products.
