Can AD Sites and Subnets be created from command line? I am looking at
creating them on a DC running on Server Core

Carl,
you can use scripting to accomplish this

You don't want to do maintenance on AD from a dc, that is discouraged. You
should be able to run the AD tools from a workstation and do everything you
need.

If you are using Vista or Win7 just use the RSAT tools. Otherwise the tools
for other o/s's reside on the server dc cd:\i386\adminpak.msi. Just install
this and run mmc and install any snap ins such as Active Direcotry Users and
Computers, etc..
