the user logs on it shows the local my documents?

Have you checked the location of the home folder is correct in the user
properties? Do users have access to the location?

Cheers,
Florian

Yes, users have access and the location is fine.
But now what happens is that it mapps a network drive, it does not redirect
mydocuments?
Am i missing to do something except just add the home folder?

I found that i need to modify the folder redirection, so i did this setting:
Settings : Basic - Redirect everyone's folder to the same location
Target folder location : Redirect to home user+s directory

But still it does not redirect.

Solved:
Under the Settings Tab check Also apply redirection policy to Windows XP
needs to be selected in order for the redirection to work under XP.
