Dear all,

My DC is server01. When I run nslookup command and lookup my domain as
the following. Its result is strange IP address (72.52.194.126) instead
of xx.xx.1.30
I run command on DC and clients then the result is the same as below.
Please help!

Thanks,
David.

-----------------
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.mydomainVN>nslookup
Default Server: server01.mydomain.com.vn
Address: xx.xx.1.30

> mydomain.com.vn
Server: server01.mydomain.com.vn
Address: xx.xx.1.30

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: maydomain.com.vn.com.vn
Address: 72.52.194.126

Hello david_an,

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all form the DC/DNS server. Also give some
information how you configured DNS. 10.x.x.x, 192.168.x.x and 172.x.x.x are
private iop ranges so you can post them without any problems, they are not
reachable from the internet.

Hopefully your DC is not using public ip addresses, really bad decision.

Best regards

Meinolf Weber
