What is kerberos constrained delegation and how is this related to RODC?

Hello Craig,

Contrained delgation:
"Behavior that allows the server to forward requests on behalf of the client
only to a specified list of services."

As the RODC in some situation has to forward the requests on behalf of clients
to a RWDC Constrained delegation is a requirement.
