Not sure if this is the proper group for this but here goes...

Our DHCP server has been experiencing problems in the past few weeks and up
until then has been rock solid. The server is also the AD & DNS. The DHCP
will lose all of it's scopes and the so far I have just be restarting the
server to fix the problem. I thought it might be coinciding with the nightly
restarts of the server. There are no real tell tale errors in the event
viewer. Anyone ever see this before?

Hello tkutil,

How many scopes do you have on the server? So no errors are listed in the
event viewer of the server? Is enough space on the c-drive availabe? Wich
OS version and PS patch level are you using?

Hi Meinolf

I have 15 scopes on a W2K3SP2 Standard Edition server. I currently only have
2GB available. I did not realize I was that short on disk space!

There is an old article that explains a similar problem
The DHCP scope settings periodically disappear on a Windows Server
2003-based computer
