Can the deleted objects container to made to be visible in ADUC or ADAC? I
tried following this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892806 but
without my much help. I have a 20008 R2 with Recycle Bin Enabled. I tried
using LDP and ADSIEDIT, can find it there as well

With LDP, have you activated the "Deleted Objects" control that would
make it visible?

In ADSIEdit, did you enable the "Advanced View"?

Cheers,

In order to enable you have to have the Forest Functional Level at 2008 R2.
Is that where your forest is at?

I would follow this guidance for 2008 R2.

In LDP i could find the deleted objects container, however i did not find
advanced view in ADSIEDIT

Would that mean that there is no way to see Deleted objects container in
ADUC snap-in??

I'm not clear on the problem, are you able to see but non-admins unable to
see it? I'm sorry I didn't understand the intial problem if that is the
case.

The referal you point to is not for 2008 R2. I don't know what type of
impact what you are doing will have on the 2008 R2 version, I don't see it
breaking anything since you are only adding read only attributes but I still
wouldn't be messing with this piece of AD until I tested it in a lab first.
My 2008 R2 lab has ben torn down and I need to rebuild so I can't test this
out for you.

As Paul said, the article you posted is not for 2008 R2. Have you reviewed the following article?

Active Directory Recycle Bin Step-by-Step Guide
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd392261(WS.10).aspx
